I've recently bought an external hard drive from Toshiba.
I try to install the accompanying software.
The software is rain - Button Backup.
It seems that you can download and install (via the Setup Wizard). But when I try to start it, I get the message:
REGEN.EXE has encountered a problem and needs to close. Sorry ...

Can anyone help solve this for me? I had 3 attempts and installation / uninstallation
