Help with home made yogurt? - home frozen yogurt machine
I've tried to do in the oven with yogurt as a starter and not work at all, when my mother bought me a machine bought yogurt and freeze-dried cultures. Well, that does not work.
I incubated for 10 hours (the machine says 7.12 hours). It is still quite fluid! It smells like yoghurt, so I'm pretty sure he did not kill the culture.
Why not?
No machines troubleshooting my instructions and I lose a lot of milk (breast milk).

If you milk from the milk to the mixture is compressed.
One teaspoon per cup of yogurt.
First, you must not kill the plants. In fact, if you buy the yogurt with active cultures in it, just add a tablespoon of milk and yogurt in the fridge, but that takes time.
With the yogurt as I did in the past with the help of a machine that is not thicker yogurt, until I think the left stored in the refrigerator, remember it is still hot to thicken, after leaving the machine to be cool too.
EDIT:
Slightly thickened in the machine, but not much.
